House with garden, seaside, 2-5 people

HOUSE Seaside (Breathtaking view of Monaco / Monte-Carlo). Nature and tranquility, ideal for the family. Close to the beach, Menton and Monte Carlo.

Rustic construction with three rooms and small well-equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, large fridge, toilet with sink, shower and bath plus another separate shower room. The three rooms consist of two bedrooms. In each bedroom there are two beds with a large wardrobe, bedside tables, etc. The third bedroom serves as living and dining room, a sofa bed can accommodate one or two adults / children. Interior surface about 45 square meters plus a large balcony of 12 square meters in front of the house sheltered from the eaves, and a terrace on the west side, next to the kitchen, with awning, large table (6 people), chairs for eating out and barbecue. Hot and cold water in the kitchen and in the toilet / bath / shower (cumulus), in the second shower and in the separate bedroom.

GARDEN
All around the house 1300 square meters of partly wild garden with shade, slope, access paths, terrace under olive trees, rock gardens, pines, laurels, cacti, fig, various plants.

AROUND
The sea and the maritime alps create an environment very rich in beauty and goals of walks. In Roquebrune itself (Roquebrune Village) a medieval castle surrounded by its village with many shops and restaurants. Other cities to visit are of course Menton with its pedestrian zone, its cathedral in the old town, its restaurants, its old port and its shops. In the hinterland, Sospel, Gorbio, Sainte-Agnès, La Turbie, Castillon, Castellar, etc. All this without mentioning Monaco and Monte-Carlo. The Roquebrune Beach (five minutes from the house) is particularly clean due to an underground source descending from the mountain. The climate of Roquebrune Cap-Martin, known as the best in Europe, is characterized by the brightness of the sky, the absence of fog, the scarcity of rain and the particularly high number of days of sunshine.

Tout est dans la vue magnifique sur la baie!

Quelle déception ! Il n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce qu'entre le lieu de stationnement et la maison, il y a environ dix minutes de marche, sur un chemin difficilement accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, ce qui est le cas de l'une des personnes partie avec nous. Arrivés sur notre lieu de villégiature, nous avons trouvé un logement sale avec toiles d'araignée, détritus derrière le clic clac, un frigo et un four sales....il est dommage également de ne pas avoir précisé que la ligne de chemin de fer est en contrebas du jardin et que par conséquent c'est un lieu très bruyant. Pendant ces quelques jours, nous avons également été confrontés à un problème de robinetterie extérieure qui nous a contraints à couper l'eau toute la journée jusqu'à la venue du plombier (qui pour la petite histoire n'avait également pas été mis au courant des conditions d'accès à la maison...). Bref, nous avons passé un séjour agréable du fait d'être en famille avec une vue imprenable sur la baie monégasque mais je suggérerais au propriétaire de bien préciser les inconvénients de cette location, donc de la mettre en conformité avec la réalité (attention aux personnes en fauteuil roulant qui ne pourront pas du tout accéder à la maison!!!!), il y a deux chambres et non trois (clic clac dans la salle à vivre), la plage à proximité est une plage de galets non surveillée et elle aussi difficile d'accès, et de mettre au moins une cafetière à minima à filtre...

Maison sur les hauteurs de Roquebrune

Magnifique endroit niché dans un écrin de verdure et surplombant la mer Méditerranée. Le côté rustique et l'isolement relatif peuvent ne pas convenir à tout le monde mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Eh oui la région est escarpée et donc à un moment ou à un autre ça grimpe, mais les panoramas époustouflants à la clé méritent bien quelques efforts. Finalement le seul défaut de cette location de vacances aura été de devoir partir.

Mooi uitzicht op de zee en Monaco

Het huisje is verouderd en moet opgefrist worden. Bedden en kasten zijn aan vervanging toe . Stel mezelf vragen bij veiligheid van elektriciteit. Niet alles is aanwezig, we waren met 5 personen , terwijl er slechts 3 vieze slaapkussens aanwezig waren. Parkeren kan enkel op openbare plaats ,10 minuten stappen van de woning.

Huisje met veel privacy op gunstige plek

Het huisje heeft veel privacy en ligt op loopafstand van een kiezelstrand en het station. Je kunt lekker buiten zitten, er is ook wat schaduw bij het huis. Gewoon een fijne locatie buiten de grote drukte. De woning ligt dichtbij het spoor, dus je hoort treinen langsgaan, maar het stoorde ons niet zo. Klein verbeterpunt: het bestek en servies hadden iets schoner gekund.

Magnifique vue à 5 min à pied de la plage

Les + : vue exceptionnelle, à 5 min à pied de la plage, literie confortable ( même le clic clac). Les -: l’accès à la maison, pas de parking à proximité, chemin entre le parking de la gare et la maison fermé pour travaux, voix ferré juste en contrebas. Les retours à la maison était difficile pour les petites jambes de notre enfant de 4 ans. Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, lorsque les enfants seront plus grands.
