To visit in the north its magnificent ancient villages and in the south NICE with its Baie des Anges,, MONACO with its grand prix of formula 1 and its princely palace, MENTON the pearl of the Mediterranean, ITALY with SAN REMO at only 30KM, CANNES with its film festival and its sandy beaches, GRASSE the city of perfumes, ANTIBES with its MARINELAND and its fine sandy beaches, finally Supermarkets (Intermarché and Auchan with their petrol stations) and shops are nearby: butcher, caterer, bakers, frozen food, tobacco bar, restaurant, as well as a care center with general practitioner, dermatologist , dentist, physiotherapist, lab, radiology, pharmacy etc ....... I'd recommend this property

We loved our 6 day stay. The location is in a beautiful location north of Nice is a quiet area. A vehicle is necessary. We enjoyed exploring the mountain towns north of Nice more than visiting Nice and Monaco. Regardless, all these areas are within easy travelling distance from the property. The accommodation is small but well appointed, clean and overall is very nice. The pool is a bonus. Philllippe and Sylvie are wonderful people. The English/French language barrier made things interesting....and kinda fun. I would without hesitation recommend this property to anyone who asks. Thank you Phillipe and Sylvie.

Beautiful setting

This property is in an ideal location to be away from the hustle and bustle of the key city attractions of the Cote d’Azure to relax and explore some of the hidden gems to the mountain villages. Best for 2 people but can accommodate 4, very clean and modern yet in character with the surroundings. Philippe et Sylvia are welcoming and happy to spend time to explain everything and are always on hand - French / English is an interesting experience for all 😄 Thoroughly enjoyed, thank you Mark

Lovely, quiet, well equipped apartment with a great view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the standard of the apartment was high & very clean when we took over. Philippe & Sylvie are lovely, explained everything, in French with a little English & left us alone except for the odd meeting up. The pool is gorgeous as is the view from the balcony. We visited quite a number of places, too many to list, & enjoyed it all. The temperature never dropped below 26° for the whole 2 weeks, a bit cooler at night. Thank goodness for air-con. Thanks for a lovely, restful holiday & yes we would return we enjoyed it so much, that balcony certainly got a work out wonderful.

A peaceful little hideaway

This was exactly what we were looking for. Lovely peaceful setting, modern yet not lacking in character, clean, comfortable and every detail thought of, down to the clothes pegs and kitchen utensils. We did not have to ask for a single thing during our week here. Philippe and Sylvie were welcoming and attentive when required, but knew how to give us our own privacy and space. The swimming pool and terrace were a delight to use. Car parking was a tiny bit tricky, but we eventually got used to it. Written instructions for using the dishwasher and washing machine would be welcome and we would have preferred cotton bedding.

This is a very modern residence in a Provencial style, quite spacious and very well equipped with all modern accessories to make the stay as comfortable as possible. . Eine tolle kleine Villa in den Bergen.

Der Pool war ideal zum Abkühlen und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat unseren Aufenthalt durch seine Freundlichkeit aufgewertet. Von der Villa aus ist man in ca 25 min in Nizza, Monaco und den Stränden von Cap Ferrat. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und bedanken uns beim Philippe
