Staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind. It was raining during our stay and the staff were working tirelessly to keep the floors shinning and free of dirt tracked in from the street. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and the staff would serve you and make omelets or sunnyside-up, The area at night was quiet and it was easily accessible as it is in the town centre. The beds are comfortable and washrooms have enough towels, soap and shampoo. Tub also drains well. Only missing iron and ironing board in the rooms, otherwise has a small fridge, TV, AC, coffee and tea maker and water bottles. Overall our stay was excellent and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Mombasa is HOT and this hotel only has AC in the individual rooms. Hallways, restaurant, lobby areas quite stuffy, humid, a bit smoky. If you want to be right on the island, this is a good choice.
