This was the worse experience I have ever had! We checked in on Saturday. Shortly after a few hours, where I discovered there was no hot water and one of the ACs were broken, we lost complete power. After 2 hours of the host asking us to wait in the dark, I decided to leave and check into another hotel. The whole time I was in the dark, the host kept reassuring me, the power would come back on. After leaving the place, the owner refused to give me refund claiming he did not know I left, when I clearly told the host we were leaving. Not being able to be compensated and being forced to stay at a place with no power leads me to believe no owner has no integrity and can not be trusted. I highly discourage anyone to reconsider who thinking of staying here. Again, the owner is refusing to compensate despite what happened.

You could have done better.

Altogether everything was okay. Though the statys of the washing area was not in good condition. The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing some of this things yet we paid per size of the group.
