Beautiful stone-built holiday home with large veranda

Casa Noce is a cosy 2 floor terrace house with lots of character. At the first floor are 2 bedrooms with south facing balconies, each sleeps 3, and one bathroom. The ground floor has a living room and a kitchen with dining table. It has a large veranda with table and 3 benches. Its privat garden is part of the court yard with pergola.

The stunning Eco-Holiday Resort ‘Buchere Ville’ has been lovingly restored to provide fabulous holiday accommodation suitable for year round use – in hot summers, colourful autumns, snowy winters and warm springs. We are delighted to welcome families to our houses, which offer every home comfort close to nature to help you relax and unwind. The five holiday homes share a spectacular salt water swim lake and a tennis court/sports ground but each also offers the privacy of individual gardens, verandas and balconies. ‘Buchere Ville’ has original stone walls, exposed beams, timber floors in the bedrooms and terracotta floors on the ground floor with under floor heating providing extra warmth for the winter. In keeping with the natural surroundings the houses are furnished with handmade wooden furniture using only natural and biologically degradable materials, and the water is heated with solar energy. The property is surrounded by the forest-clad hills and picturesque vineyards of the Langhe, and is within easy reach of a number of villages.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Gegend

Wir waren als Freunde 2 Wochen in dieser tollen Gegend aus grünen Hügeln und schönen Orten. Nicht so überlaufen wie die Toskana und dadurch authentischer.

House without wifi

The house is nice, although the neighbours are close. At the swimmingpool there are too little shadow places. At the property there is no wifi, which they didn't mention in the advertising. In the neighbourhood there is not much to do, only tiny little villages. The incheck is oke, although they make you pay a big amount of caution and let you sign many contracts beforehand, which I never experienced before in agriturismo's in Italy.

Wij genoten van onze ruime en goed onderhouden woning. Alles is voorhanden. De woning is mooi gelegen, met uitzicht en groot zwembad. Enig minpuntje : de muren zijn redelijk 'gehorig'
