You will find peace and quietness in this authentic 18th century Provençal farmhouse in a 20.000 sqm land in the heart of the countryside. It is located in an ancient farmhouse that nestles in the heart of Provence. The house is located in the St. Rémy de Provence triangle, Avignon, Cavaillon. 5 x 10m pool, 1.40m deep. 3.000 sqm private garden, pool house and terrace for sunbathing or resting under the shade of mature trees. Magnificent view of the Alpilles and the Lubéron. Spacious land. 2km away from the village, 12km away from Saint-Rémy, 60km away from the sea, antiquities market at the Sorgues island, 15 km away. You will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful villages of the area, such as the Baux-de-Provence, Eygaliéres, Gordes, Roussillon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, and the Avignon festival in july, 30 minutes away. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows with horses and many equestrian centres, tennis court, 3km away. In the surrounding villages you will have the opportunity to see the Course Camarguaises, etc.

Peaceful holiday in a modernised character house with charming and helpful owner

The property is a character house which has been internally modernised and has a lovely swimming pool and a pleasant outdoor dining and seating area. Property is approached from a quiet side road and with the surrounding area comprises open fields with horses and other wildlife. The host stays next door when this property is let and is unobtrusive although always ready to help if there are any issues. The host keeps the swimming pool immaculately clean and was a pleasure to deal with, being very kind and considerate. The property description is accurate and we had a lovely week at end of May when weather was particularly good. It is a 15 minute drive along quiet roads to St Remy and there are a couple of villages close by for daily essentials. Several supermarkets are 10 minute drive away.We will always remember the sound of the frogs calling to each other at sunset! ...a peaceful and very comfortable rental.

Grosses, sehr komfortables Haus in günstiger Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten

Wir haben im August 1 Woche mit unseren 4 Kindern (Alter 8-15) in Molleges verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und die Küche spiegelt Mathias‘ Begeisterung am Kochen wider – es ist einfach alles vorhanden, was das Herz auch eines Profikochs begehrt. Genießen dann man dann alles auf der von Efeu und Wein überdachten Terrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge aller Art – Avignon, Kanufahren, der Markt in St. Remy, klassische Schlosskonzerte in Lourmarin, Badespaß in Splashworld. Darüber hinaus ist Mathias ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, der uns mit seinem Tipp nicht nur zum schönsten Abendessen verholfen hat, sondern uns die Provence auch persönlich auf Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen gezeigt hat.

Un super séjour

Je ne peux que recommander cette location. Si vous cherchez l’espace et la tranquillité, c’est l’endroit qu’il vous faut. La location est conforme à l’annonce, le propriétaire très sympathique, et la situation géographique parfaite. Une belle piscine avec de belles proportions, l,air conditionné pour des nuits paisibles. Si l’occasion se présente, nous reviendrons !

Merci bcp Mathias pour ces moments agréables que nous avons pu passer dans ton Mas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette ancienne maison impeccable et super équipée ... au calme, propre et bien entretenue. On a été surpris de trouver une climatisation moderne dans toute la maison ... y compris dans les chambres. C'est un atout. La piscine est également bien entretenue. Rien à redire. Quand à toi Mathias ... tu est à la fois très gentil (au petits soins pour tes hôtes) et pourtant très discret. Bravo ... Pour nous, c'est une adresse à retenir. Si on repasse en Provence ... ça sera au même endroit. Chaleureuses salutations aussi à Françoise que nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer ... (ainsi que Mireille et Bernard).

Perfekt für ungestörte Familienferien. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegenstühle für 6 Personen. Wunderbarer Kräutergarten bei dem man sich bedienen darf. Im September sind zudem die Feigen reif die man auch geniessen kann. Auto zwingend erforderlich. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in der Provence-Alpes-Côte. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich spricht spanisch und französisch. Er hat sich gut und unaufdringlich um uns gekümmert und uns mit frischen Biofrüchten versorgt. Basics wie Mehl,Oel, Gewürze, Geschirrspühlmittel, Waschpulver waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden gerne nochmals hier Urlaub machen.

We enjoyed our stay in a convenient and charming house, being well received by the owner.

We enjoyed our stay in this 'Mas', being nicely restaured by the owner over many years. This house is well located, in the middle of the countryside, but aswell close to interesting places like St Remy de Provence, Eygalieres, Cavaillon, Avignon. We were well received by the owner, and had interesting talks. He was also helpfull in finding good restaurants and gave us good bicycle trips. We suggest to have directions how to find the house in the countryside, as we had some difficulties to find this house on our arrival. All in all, we were pleased with this stay and can recommend this place.
