Problème avec les chambres et le descriptif sur site abritel

D'après annonce il y a 3 chambres. Ce qui n'est pas mentionné c'est que une chambre est une pièce passante ou on accède à la salle de bains et au WC c'est une pièce entre la cuisine et l'autre chambre. La chambre en mezzanine on ne sait pas se tenir debout. Matelas de très mauvaise qualité. Pas possible de dormir. Nous louons sur abritel depuis longtemps et jamais eu de soucis. Je pense que un plan serait indispensable sur le descriptif de la location. La propriétaire n'a fait le remboursement de la caution que 5 jours après notre départ ce qui aurait dû être effectué le jour du départ. Propreté a revoir j'en ai parlé a la propriétaire. Bonne journée
