Holiday Home 'Casa Del Riccio' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Cozze, in the municipality of Mola di Bari, this 130 m² first-floor holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and, upon request, a travel cot can be added. The living room has a sofa bed, and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, wall-hung toilet and bidet. The fully equipped kitchen offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and kettle. There is a dedicated laundry area with washing machine, wash basin and a balcony with drying rack. The interior enjoys a beautiful sea view thanks to its seafront location.



Outside, you’ll find a private garden with a well-equipped patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The outdoor area includes a bathroom with sink and toilet, a shower, and a fitted kitchenette. Three private balconies provide additional space to enjoy the coastal atmosphere, while the outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach.



Shared parking is available near the property or in designated parking areas about 500 m away. Public transport is easily accessible just a few metres away. Events are not permitted on the property. The house is 25 km from Bari and only 5 km from the beautiful Polignano a Mare. Within 30 km you can visit some of Apulia’s most stunning locations, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The picturesque Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, known as the “white city”, is about 40 km away.



In Cozze, during summer, there are several restaurants and pizzerias, many offering takeaway. Just steps from the villa, a beach club with pool, bar and restaurant is available for an extra fee.

Very Convenient Comfortable Apartment

This was a nice property with a comfortable master bedroom and great living space. The outdoor terrace was small, but looked out on the ocean/sea. There was an outdoor space with a barbecue and seating below the apartment that was private. You were literally a block away from the shore and could walk along the water and had access to a few restaurants. Coco Beach Club was nearby and had great service and food. Be aware that some restaurants will be closed after September until tourist season begins. The hosts were fine and communicating English.
