This home is built on 2 levels with access via the top floor and entrance door opening into the lounge with dining area along with access to a partially covered terrace. This home is ideal for a small family vacation.

The house is located in an elevated position in a quiet residential area about 2.5 km to all amenities and the beach. You will see many restaurants in the vicinity offering multi cuisines and drinks.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a door to the service patio area where you can enjoy the meals. The terrace has a BBQ, table and chairs for al fresco dining overlooking the stunning views. The air conditioning is in the 2 bedrooms and the lounge. Free parking is available next to the house.
