Great property and great landscaping. Parking was easy. However, if you're looking for a nice cup of coffee in the morning and you did not get the breakfast buffet.You can't even buy a cup of coffee on site. Mercedes And Vanessa were the two most rude hotel personnel we came across in our two weeks on the road. Dinner was just ok

Wonderful hotel

We had an amazing time at this wonderful hotel. We have stayed in many paradors and this is definitely one of the best. The staff are extremely professional and friendly especially Christina who is an asset to the hotel , she was extremely helpful and very good at her job! Breakfast was extremely good with plenty of choice on offer. The room was incredibly clean and the beds very comfortable with very good linen. The pool attendant was very helpful and the pool towels were good quality and readily available . The hotel cat Marianna gave us a lovely greeting and made it a pleasure when we walked in every evening . We will definitely return . Thank you .

I would only comment on the fact that the bar only opened at 2030hrs at the same time as the restaurant This surprised me as there were adverts at reception for cocktails that were available and I would have thought opening the bar an hour earlier than the restraurant for people to have a drink before dinner would have been more sensible.

Quiet and stylish

Being out of main season, the hotel was quiet and not all facilities such as the pool were open. Our room was comfortable and spacious and, despite not being a designated sea view room, we could see the sea from our balcony. Staff were efficient and friendly. As we were visiting friends in the area, we didn’t use the restaurant. There were pleasant areas to sit inside the hotel and in the well kept grounds. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach and close to the commercial centre. An easy walk took us to the main part of Mojacar Playa with a variety of bars and restaurants. We felt it was more suited to couples rather than families.

Nice hotel with excellent service

This property has been renovated since our Last stay The rooms are great the service is excellent Great views over sea from our balcony. My only complaint would be no Walk in shower and only one tea bag left in the room

It was in a very good location and close to beach and sea. The grounds were beautifully kept and so was swimming pool. Cannot fault anything. Would highly recommend.

The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The big letdown was with the food and food area. Here they are: the lighting in the dining room for diner was like sitting under arc lights ie no ambiance at all! The food was mediocre and expensive and we had expected more. Service was OK but lacked finesse and they needed a Maitre'd. The worst fault was to serve very good red wine from an extreme cold chiller. Oh dear. Definite room for improvement at this Parador.
