Wake up to breathtaking sea views in this spacious two-story beachfront home in Mojácar, designed for up to 8 guests. Enjoy four bedrooms, a large living area, and a terrace overlooking the ocean. This home is designed for medium-term stays and features a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms plus an extra toilet, a private garden, and access to a shared pool. Additional comforts include a private garage, split air conditioning and heating (with a maximum of 22°C), fast Wi-Fi, and a decibel detector for noise monitoring.

Located in the charming coastal town of Mojácar, known for its whitewashed houses, Mediterranean beaches, and lively atmosphere, you’re just steps from restaurants, shops, and scenic walking paths. The city of Almería is only an hour’s drive away, offering an excellent base for both relaxation and exploration.

The property’s layout includes one room with a double bed, one room with a single bed, one room with two double beds, and another room with a single bed. Please note that this accommodation is available only for half-term stays (not for short-term tourist rentals) and that the shared pool is available during the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
