noisy old and a bit rundown
This property is right on the busy road and has constant traffic noise. The place is run down and in need of repairs .

Great views but could with a clean
Great views and location. Property can definitely do with a good clean and didn't appear to be well maintained (cobwebs in the bathroom and lots of dirt on the Windows/window sills, dirty and rusted and unuseable bbq). Wouldn't consider it to be child friendly- there we're rotten planks on the deck and no mesh on low windows. But to end on a positive note, access to the beach and views were amazing!
