Large studio apartment in a residence with swimming pool at 900 meters above sea level! In a quiet location, a few meters from the cable car to the Artavaggio floors and near the stop of the free shuttle to the Piani di Bobbio ski resorts. The Residence is organized to offer various services. The swimming pool, heated, covered and 25 meters long, is open every weekend of the year, all of July and August and during school holidays (from Christmas to New Year, Easter and long weekends) and is reserved for condominium guests (with entry pass and limit of 3 people per apartment); the outdoor solarium equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas; the games room is very large and equipped with ping-pong tables, table football and benches for those who want a corner to play with friends.
The studio is well organized and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child; the main space houses a sofa bed and a second 173 cm cot. The well-equipped kitchenette is suitable for preparing breakfasts or for quick cooking. The strength of the studio apartment, in addition to access to the pool and play area, is the outdoor terrace, which surrounded by greenery and silence enjoys a wonderful view of the valley that leads to the Culmine di San Pietro.
You will find the apartment well equipped and includes induction, microwave, washing machine, kettle, television, communal internet that can be used in the common areas of the residence.
