Enjoy stunning Atlantic views from the shared rooftop solarium at Sunset Arguineguin. This step-free holiday apartment is on the first floor of a three-story building with elevator access. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, two fans, and a washing machine. Please note, there is no air conditioning, but two fans are provided. Guests have a private balcony ideal for relaxing evenings, though it does not offer direct sea views.



The building offers a beautiful shared rooftop terrace with sea views, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off in the shower.
