Sky and Sea Beach Puerto Rico
Spectacular property. Apartment in a residential complex, very close to the beach and all the services you may need. It is a loft-style apartment with two bedrooms: one is a double bedroom with a large bed and the other is a single bedroom with a 1.05 m bed. Enjoy breathtaking views from the 33-square-meter terrace, equipped with garden furniture, where you can watch unforgettable sunsets and panoramic views of the entire beach, the marina, and the horizon.
If you do not want to go to the beach, you can enjoy a heated infinity pool with sea views, showers, sun loungers, and a pool for small children.
The complex is very quiet. You have free Wi-Fi and two Smart TVs, one in the bedroom and another in the living room. The apartment is very cozy, as it is my own home.
The pool is heated all year round and has been recently renovated. It is an infinity pool from which you can admire the beach, the sea, and the marinas, watching boats come and go as you relax. There are also sun loungers, showers, and a children's pool. The pool is fenced according to regulations for children's safety.
There is a private exit to the street, near a hotel and a supermarket where you will find everything you need without needing a car or taxi.
Street parking is free.
