Located in the spectacular Playa de Mogán, in a very quiet residential building, with materials and finishes of the highest quality and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace with sea views, sun loungers, a seating area and unlimited wifi and high speed 300mbs.
The house renovated in 2021, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Private terrace with sea views, 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower and seating area with sofas.
- Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
- Living room with sofa, dining table, Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all the sport in Europe such as Spanish League, Premier League...
- One bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
- A bedroom with two single beds.

In all rooms there is air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi, speed 300mbs.
The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort you can expect, as well as wonderful views of the beach.

Excellent location and cleanliness of the apartment. Great information provided by the host. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.
Whilst directions to the apartment were great, once inside the building, it was not clear which apartment was ours. This was sorted very quickly with the host and was not a problem, just a pointer for future guests.

Great location and lots of space
Fine apartment in heart of Puerto de Mogán and very close to the beach. Layout of apartment gives good sense of space. Couldn’t be closer to the town's amenities.
Given the cost of the apartment I would have expected better quality bed mattresses and pillows. Would also expect sheets and towels to be changed weekly if staying for an extended period. And the cutlery needs to be upgraded!
Bathrooms needed attention grouting in showers needing sorting out. Constant smell of sewageWhich spoilt the stay. Would be beneficial to have a information pack re where to take rubbish, shop opening times etc
