For those seeking tranquillity, the private yoga studio offers a dedicated space for meditation and movement. Unwind in the outdoor, heated infinity shower, surrounded by native bush and birdsong. For a deeper indulgence, soak in the outdoor bath under the stars, surrounded by the beauty of the Marlborough Sounds.

Perfect for those who appreciate exclusivity, comfort, and adventure, this property is more than a holiday home—it’s a first-class experience. Whether arriving by land or sea, this premium retreat delivers the finest in waterfront luxury. Immerse yourself in the ultimate coastal escape.
Due to the fact the property has unfenced access to the bay, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

Strictly no animals are allowed at this property due to the native wildlife in the area.

There are assorted sizes of life jackets which you are welcome to use at your own risk if you are kayaking.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
