The hotel is really big. You don’t get a lot of explanation when checking in. (E.g. what to do with your key if you go out.) The elevator didn’t work, luckily I was on the second floor (for Americans; 3rd). Room was quite good in fact. Breakfast was nice but very German; so bread etc. with practically no warm items, no scrambled eggs or sausages or bacon. It’s a shame there were no cookies or croissant or so since they have a good coffee machine. All very hygienic and good refilling of all items. So definitely not a bad stay, good price.

Great for overnight

Member of staff was lovely when we checked in, just what we needed after a long drive from Glasgow. We were staying for one night to get the ferry from Harwich the next morning and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Great that breakfast was included as well especially with a wee one and a long day ahead

I speak no German but one of the receptionist's spoke excellent English. They have a small restaurant and the receptionist had made the menu in German and English. The rooms are a little old fashioned but that added to the charm of the place. I would definetly stay again.
