Terrace On the Park - "Carretteria"

Our rural house "TERRAZZA SUL PARCO" is surrounded by greenery among carob, almond and olive trees in the most important and beautiful part of the archaeological park of Cava Ispica in MODICA (RG). The structure was built in the early twentieth century and meticulously restored preserving the style of the dating era. In the courtyard adjacent to the building there is a local accessory called "CARRETTERIA", a three-room apartment complete with every comfort. Contains a double bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Short but wonderful stay

Due to a family emergency we had to cut our stay short, but, loved everything about the home. The location is fantastic, very easy to get into town, far enough away to avoid the hustle bustle. A really nice perk is the pellet heater,!

Nettes kleines Häuschen in der Nähe zu Modica

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sorgfältig renoviert! Klein aber fein! Die Terrasse und der feste Außengrill laden zu schönen Abenden ein! Supermarkt/Einkaufszentrum sind in wenigen fahrminuten zu erreichen. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß gibt es zwei Restaurants mit guter Steinofenpizza! Nicht teuer! Zum Strand braucht man mit dem Auto ca 25min, das sollte mal bei der Planung bedenken! Kontakt zu den Vermieter/Bruder über WhatsApp immer möglich! Waren sehr gerne dort und haben uns super erholt!!
