Lovely villa

Villa set in beautiful mature grounds with a good sized swimming pool. Although busy road outside (with no pavement) the noise did not impinge. Villa well stocked with crockery etc and nice dining area on outside patio, with bbq facilities. Nearby supermarket (open Sunday am) and petrol station (5 minutes walk) and very good restaurant (La lanterna ) a further 5 minutes beyond supermarket. Nice hosts.

Schöner Urlaub in urigem Häuschen

Alles zusammen überwiegen die positiven Aspekte und ich würde das Objekt auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wenn man mit einem urigen Haus zufrieden ist und auch alte Einrichtung /Fliesen mag dann ist man hier genau richtig. Vermieter sind freundlich und waren jederzeit bemüht , genannte Probleme abzustellen. Begrüßung mit Fruchtkorb weil wir spät Abends erst ankamen, alles sehr lecker. Auch die zwischendurch gebrachte selbstgemachte Tomatensoße war gut. Das Grundstück ist super bewachsen und schattig, wir waren zu der Zeit die einzigen Gäste, Pool also für uns. Herrlich. Ein wenig störend sind die Straßen ringsum, am Pool hört man es, im Haus nicht. Umliegend alles was man braucht, auch fußläufig erreichbar. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Verstopfung vom Klo am letzten Tag, deren Beseitigung wurde sofort in Angriff genommen, dauerte aber alles und sah danach auch ein wenig schmutzig aus. Passiert halt irgendwann einmal, wir haben es mit Humor genommen.... Kommen gerne mal wieder.

Anders als erwartet

Die Beschreibung und Fotos haben uns etwas anderes erwarten lassen. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Stadtteil Modicas mit mehrstöckigen Wohnbauten. Die stark befahrene Straße führt direkt vor dem Pool vorbei (getrennt durch eine Hecke), auf dem Nebengrundstück war eine Baustelle eines mehrstöckigen Hauses. Die Terrasse blickt auf den Parkplatz (der für alle Einheiten zur Verfügung steht). Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr viel kleiner als auf dem Foto, die Küche wirklich sehr klein. Insgesamt ist es recht düster, Fenster aufmachen mangels Mückengitter nicht möglich. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und waren wohl die ersten Gäste des Jahres, die Reinigung war leider mangelhaft, es lagen noch dreckig Putztücher auf dem Spiegel. Der Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich, wir sollten bitte eine Kopie unseres Ausweises bringen und dafür in den Copyshop....sowas hatte ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Eine frische Tischdecke (war total verdreckt) sollte in 2 Tagen kommen. Die Liegen am Pool und auf der Terrasse waren alle voller Vogelschiss. Der Park war so mittel....Brennesselfeld neben Wiese und Bäumen. Ja mei. Wir haben am gleichen Abend beschlossen, abzureisen. Daraufhin wurden wir massiv von der Vermieterin beschimpft. Das war sehr unangenehm. Mit Mühe haben wir zumindest ein wenig Erstattung erhalten. Leider ein totaler Reinfall.

Très bel endroit

La location est fidèle au descriptif. Nous avons été reçu par la propriétaire. A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé des rafraîchissements dans le réfrigérateur ainsi que d'autres petites attentions dans la cuisine. Bien qu'il n'y ai pas de climatisation, nous n'avons pas été incommodé par la chaleur a l'intérieur. Les salles de bain sont peut être un peu vieillotte mais en très bon état et propre. La terrasse est très agréable ainsi que le parc ombragé , la piscine une vraie récompense après être rentré de balades car il y a plein de choses à visiter à moins d'une heure. Au bout du parc, là ou se trouve l'entrée de cette magnifique propriété, il y a une route très passante mais la location ne pâtit pas directement du bruit environnant. Nous pourrions retourner à cet endroit avec plaisir !

Eine super Woche in Modica

Wir haben eine super entspannte Woche in der Casa die Anna verbracht. Die Unterkunft mit voll ausgestatteter Küche in einem traumhaften und ruhigen Setting war für unsere Bedürfnisse wirklich top. Der Pool und der Garten sind herrlich und wir haben dort viele Stunden verbracht. Im Umkreis von 30-40 Minuten gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele und die Strände in der Umgebung zählen zwar nicht zu den schönsten, aber sind - vor allem mit Kindern - sehr gut, da keine Strömung und flaches Wasser. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
