The building is located in a residential neighborhood, just outside the center .
The condominium ENTRANCE is in the internal courtyard of the building and the house is located on the second floor (without elevator).
Access is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in .
Once you enter, a small corridor will take you to the LIVING ROOM with KITCHEN.
Here you will find a beautiful and modern fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a meal at home - pots, crockery, all the main kitchen utensils, kettle with tea and herbal teas, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and microwave - as well as a very comfortable sofa bed (140x190cm ) with 43" smart TV with Netflix subscription included which will allow you to relax with the best films and TV series.
The DOUBLE BEDROOM opens onto the living room, spacious and comfortable, with a bed with memory foam mattress (160x190cm), a large wardrobe for storing your personal effects and a 43" TV.
The house is completed by the BATHROOM, with a modern design, where you will find everything you need for your moment of relaxation: hairdryer, set of 3 towels including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
