The apartment is located in a quiet and well-connected residential area, on a side street off Via Emilia Ovest, one of the city’s main roads. The location is convenient both for reaching Modena city center and for traveling towards Modena Fiere and the Rubiera/Reggio Emilia direction.
Within walking distance, there are two supermarkets for daily shopping needs, MD and Conad. A pharmacy is also located near the MD supermarket.
