Newly renovated apartment, everything is new. Silence and peace in the first hill: you can go to the sea (Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri L.), reach Camogli, Portofino, the 5 terre, visit Genoa and the Aquarium and even go to the high mountains (less than an hour away). Or stay in the surrounding area, walk in the woods, meet horses, deer and foxes, swim in the river or hike up to the refuge at 1400 mt sea view! At 50 meters there is a well-stocked bar/circle for relaxed breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
The apartment is on the second and last floor of a small chalet condominium in the "Chestnut Village," which was created precisely as a vacation residence.
It is completely renovated: appliances, mattresses, pillows, linens, dishes, boiler... everything is new! You will also find a selection of books available: and if you haven't finished it, you can take it home! Games, beach bags and backpacks are also available. Suitable for couples, groups and families who want to relax without the crowding of more touristy places.
Next door are ball field, playground, relaxing walks and river bathing. Here you will not hear cars passing by but only birds chirping and maybe you will cross paths with a deer. At 4 km (5 Min) the village with all services: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, discount stores, pharmacies, stores and also electric car charging stations.
