Cozy Vintage Studio Close To Downtown

The Warwick-Windsor condos were built in 1930 on picturesque Government Street two miles from downtown. This studio was furnished to be comfortable for any length stay and has a separate kitchen with its own dining area. The balcony is set back from the street, and the surrounding neighborhoods are very walkable and spectacular.

There is a 50" TV with a full sound system, and a wall-mounted TV in the kitchen as well. Downtown is a very short drive down Government Street, and there are an ALDI, Starbucks, and donut shop next door.

I love this condo, furnished it myself, and visit whenever I can. I bought it because I live in the Sonoran desert and miss thunderstorms and all the trees and green. I hope you enjoy your time here and have coffee on the balcony when it rains.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
