Good breakfast, friendly staff

Location, great staff. Swimming pool.

The property was excellent

The whole reason we stayed here was for the pool, which was “out of order”. Such a shame when the two children had never swam in a pool. The breakfast non existent. If your not the first to eat there isn’t any food left and the staff doesn’t seem to care if the guests eat or not even though it’s part of the room rate. The hotel is clean but no hot water.

My family and I have stayed in this hotel since it first opened and each time it has gotten progressively worse and the price keeps going up. We have stayed there at least 5 times. This time the AC, did not work, there was no TV, not enough towels, the bathroom had soap scum and was dirty.

Excellent value and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It will be a bonafied resort once the construction is complete and the prices will probably go up I imagine. Take advantage now before that happens! My only complaint was the location. If you're a beach-centric backpacker on a budget like me, the cost of the bike rental to the main shops and restaurants on the beach makes it end up costing too much. The room was only about $5/night, but I ended up spending $12/day for transportation to and from the main scuba resort and restaurants area a couple times a day. It's about a 1/2 hour walk so not bad, but not something you want to do twice a day in the heat of the day. If I'm going to spend $17/day, I might as well be on the beach or in a non-dorm room without AC. If you don't care about the beach and are just going to rent a bike anyways, this place would be great! Met lots of great people staying there.

As of August 1, the hotel is still under construction. It's conveniently located near a shopping mall. The room itself was very good.
