Great location for a budget hotel. Convenient to restaurants, grocery and fuel.

I liked the location. I thought the facilities are outdated and substandard. One metal key to the room? Really? Two people and we had to do a tag team with the key. Shower curtain did not contain the spray in the tub so there is a wet mess on the floor of the bath. Generally poor and bordering unacceptable.

Excellent location in easy walking distance to grocery, shops, and restaurants. Owners lived on property and were helpful with good local information. We would recommend this property for staying in Moab and visiting Arches National Park.

This hotel is an older hotel, but you can tell they're very interested in taking good care of it and making sure it's clean and comfortable for the guests. They've put a lot of work into making sure the amenities and fixtures (including air conditioning, toilet, and shower) are up to date, the floors are clean and the paint is fresh, etc. It's the first older-generation hotel I've stayed at in a long time that actually looks like they invest in keeping it in excellent shape. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It's within walking distance of several restaurants, outdoor/hiking/adventure stores, and tour companies, and only about 10 minutes from the Arches NP main entrance. I would definitely stay here again for any return trips to Moab.

Great location in the heart of Moab. It was clean and had a very friendly staff. I would stay here again.

It was ok. Could use an elevator to carry luggage’s to upper floor. Or have a bell boy that can help.

An older property, which is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would happily stay there again.

The owner is very friendly and willing to help everything we need.

Simple, clean, comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff. One block off main drag, so close to restaurants and supermarket, yet quiet. Nice shaded backyard for picnicing on very hot day. Moab is overpriced in general at high season, but this serves well.

Clean hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views. Well kept for being built in the 60s.

I loved the cute dogs in the offfice and would have paid extra to play with them!

One of the least expensive 2 queen bed units with a kitchen. It has older furnishings and flooring. There was a strong fragrance from the cleaning products, but it was OK and the staff was great.

Close to walking to town. Good location. Better lighting would be good.

Correct but as in other hotels staff are more efficient than kind

One crumby employee when checking in. The rest of the staff was great. Rooms aren't fancy, but good value.

Generally speaking the hotel was fine. I don't have ridiculous requirements other than I need a clean room and bed. In this case, the sheets on my bed, both fitted and top sheet, had relatively large hardened stained spots such that when it was time for me to go to sleep I ended up using just the blanket to sleep on and cover with. A spot on the floor I can deal with, not a spot on my sheets.

One of the lower cost options in Moab. We appreciated the fridge and micro. No breakfast, but we had cereal and milk at one of the convenient picnic tables in a grassy area within the property. Felt safe.

The Hotel staff was very accommodating the hotel was a random pick and I was very pleased.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion, but we have extra keys at the front desk upon request. I appreciate the information about the shower curtain. I will be sure to take care of that immediately.
