We would love to return
My daughter and I venture to a National Park every year to celebrate her birthday. This year we got three for one: Arches, Canyonlands, and Mesa Verde. All are spectacular. Furthermore, visiting Dead Horse State Park is highly recommended. Its views and hiking trails are the best of all.Staying in this townhome enhanced our trip's enjoyment. The owners have done an excellent job of attending to all the details. For example, they provided a kitchen welcome kit that included dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, white kitchen bags, black garbage bags, scrubber sponge, and dishwashing soap. The kitchen has wonderful Sur la Table dishes, loads of cookware, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils necessary for preparing everything. There are two lamps in the living room and each of the two bedrooms, great for reading and adding warmth and overall home-like appeal. So many short-term rentals are devoid of lamps, creating a very industrial, cold atmosphere. Each bathroom has another welcome kit with a great assortment of toiletries. We used the washer, dryer, and infrared gas grill. They all worked perfectly. We would love to return.

Would definitely stay here again
We’ve stayed at many different places in Moab, and this was hands down the best. By being on the end, it had amazing views from out the front, back, and side, was very nicely and comfortably designed. The back patio was great for sitting, with comfy furniture, fire pit, and views. The second bedroom might have been cramped with a larger group (I guess 6 could sleep in there if they’re kids) but was plenty for us. It was also great to have a bathroom downstairs. Washer/dryer were conveniently upstairs.
The location is just a few minutes drive from Moab, and the skies amazingly dark, you can see so many stars right outside the door. The kitchen was wonderful, fully functional with gas stove and large fridge. The dining chairs and sofa were all comfortable and the whole place was cozy at night and just fresh and open during the day. I thought the beds could be a little more comfortable, but after a long day of hiking and biking, we all slept great.
This would definitely be our first choice to stay next time we come back to Moab.
