Thiis was a really nice property. Everything was well thought out and well done.

Hotel was ok for its location. The town of Green river is small and has limited amenities. Room was dates and not as clean as I would like. Another plus is its better to stay there if you want to go to Canyon Lands instead of Moab.

This was the nicest hotel we've stayed in. Staff was all very courteous. Room was clean. Pool was beautiful. Food was delicious.

Liked the reasonable price. Didn’t like the condition of the room. The carpets need to be either cleaned or replaced. I also wasn’t happy to be assigned a room for disabled travelers because the bathroom was extremely large to accommodate wheelchairs which made the rest of the room very tight.

Stayed in a room with a king bed - the room was very spacious and has a decent sized mini-fridge and small freezer compartment that was super convenient for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My favorite part was the nightly crock pot soup! Such a homey touch. Also loved the hot breakfast in the mornings. Would stay again if I find myself in the area!

This was a great place super clean and friendly staff

Great lady to check in...very clean room.will stay there sgain.

Great hotel, friendly staff - one of the rooms we got had a bed that wasn't very comfortable, but our 2nd room had a comfy bed. Overall would stay here again.

Nice!!! Comfortable! Friendly! Helpful!! Would recommend this place!

Clean / new hotel, but pool, hot tub, & both washers were out of order our entire 2 night stay. For hikers counting on a hot tub & needing to wash clothes, this was a big inconvenience. Very unfriendly front desk person :( Good breakfast.

Nice and clean hotel in the middleoff Arches and National Capitol.. There are some fast food chain near by hotel

Very nice place to stay in Green River. Breakfast could be much better with one more staff to bus tables. Swimming pool and hot tub in need of repair.

Fingernail clippings on sink counter indication housekeeping had not cleaned it at all. A/C not working. No elevator.

We read reviews that the staff was unfriendly and those reviews were right. You say hello or good morning and get a blank stare. The pool area was the storage for new and old mattresses. That's right...lining the area around the pool were new mattresses in plastic and on the other side were the old mattresses. If you were in trouble in the deep end you won be stuck. The mattresses were right up against the railing for the steps to get out of the pool. Water was everywhere as children had been swimming in the pool. The new mattresses were sitting in water! I will never stay here again. I am very concerned that the mattress I slept on may have been sitting in water and a humid indoor pool area for who knows how long!

For a two-star hotel in Green River, this was an expensive stay. However, the room was clean. Also both a refrigerator and microwave were included. This made it possible to eat microwaveable burritos I had carried with me - I was too tired after my long drive to eat out. I had problems checking-in due to the computer being down. Overall, still a positive experience, considering how hard is to find cheap lodging over the weekend of the 4th.

The front desk clerk was horrible at this hotel. We got in later than expected at night, around 11 pm with 3 children under the age of 3. I had requested a ground floor room and got a 2nd floor room (said there was none on 1st floor). I had gear and 3 kids to take up the stairs and even though he was doing nothing else, he never bothered to help. Then when my bathroom door locked itself and would not open, he told me to come down to get a paperclip to open it. I told him I needed maintenance to come open it and it took 25 minutes for maintenance to show up. I could have moved to a different room faster than waiting. If you are looking for a place with any semblance of customer service, this is not the place to stay. One last thing, the room was filthy and looked like it had not been vacuumed recently.
