Absolute Perfection
We couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay! We rented two units and they were so large and spacious and slept all 20 of us comfortably. We came with 5 families for a little weekend friend reunion. All of us were so surprised out how large the space was. Absolutely loved the location. We loved not having to drive all the way through town when ever we left for an adventure. We also loved being near the food truck block. Communication with the owner was great. I got a response within minutes every time I sent a question. It was so nice that we could bring our dog along too instead of having to kennel him. The pool was wonderful and there was lots of seating and room for gathering. We couldn't be happier with this location and will for sure be back!

Family fun in Moab
We have been coming to Moab for about 13 years as a large group and our family all comes and stays together. We enjoy having enough bedrooms and bathrooms to have some privacy and quiet even with 19 people. We cooked and ate in more this year and there was plenty of room for all of us even in one dining room. Totally worth it.

Nice location and very roomy.
We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location. Very roomy and comfortable.
Unfortunately ,we were told the pool would be open and it wasn't. When I contacted the property manager about it I never received a response. We wouldn't have rented the unit if we knew the pool was not open. We couldn't use the hide a bed because it was broken . Overall it was a good place to stay.

Moab getaway
Property was perfect for our large group. Well maintained and a very pleasant stay. Pool was closed just prior to our arriving which we new was a possibility. We will be back.
