In the immediate vicinity of our house, approx. 150 - 200m, there is the Walserhaus with a mountain show, ski museum and tourist office, bakery, butcher, ski school, mountain school, sports shops, ski rental, restaurants, the bus stop and the hay mountain arena. Our house is located off the main street, in a central yet quiet location in an elevated, sunny location. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor, has a total size of 49sqm and has a bedroom (1 double bed 180x200cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (140x200cm), the kitchenette is integrated in the living room.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a travel crib.

Schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung - Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Schlafcouch besitzt eine vollwertige Matratze und ist auch bequem - quietscht jedoch etwas, was uns persönlich aber nicht weiter gestört hat.Bushaltestelle und Skilift sind direkt ums Eck und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster auf die beschneiten Berge ist auch wunderschön.

Toll! Schöne Wohnung, super freundlicher und geradezu bestorganisierter Vermieter

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche im Januar 2024 zum Skifahren bei Claus und es war toll! (Ok, das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber dafür konnte er nun wirklich nichts 😉). Die Wohnung (Appartement 4) ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß geschnitten und gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Gebäude ist recht neu, entsprechend technisch voll auf der Höhe (z. Bsp. mit Fußbodenheizung und anständigen Türen, guter Beleuchtung etc.) Der Blick aus den beiden großen Panoramafenstern ins hintere Kleinwalsertal hat uns außerordentlich gefallen und es war schade, dass wir die beiden Balkone wegen des Wetters kaum nutzen konnten. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer sehr schönen, qualitativ hochwertigen Dusche ausgerüstet und die Einrichtung ist funktional und geschmackvoll modern. Bequeme Betten sind für uns immer auch Qualitätskriterium (vor allem um den Rücken nach dem Skitag Ruhe zu gönnen) und auch hier blieb nichts zu wünschen übrig. (Ich hätte mir vielleicht noch jeweils ein Nachttischchen mit Schublade und einen etwas tieferen Kleiderschrank gewünscht, was jedoch „Klagen auf höchstem Niveau“ ist). Die Küche ist klein, aber komplett eingerichtet, die sehr kleine Spülmaschine war für uns zwei ausreichend und wir haben sie genossen. Alles in allem werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen, sobald es uns wieder in das Kleinwalsertal verschlägt (was höchstwahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wieder der Fall sein wird). Danke, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!!!

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und man hat vom Balkon einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Auch die Lage ist super, nur 3-4 Min. von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Was vielleicht fehlt ist ein kleiner Sonnenschirm für den Balkon. Auf jeden Fall ist die Wohnung weiter zu empfehlen.

Top appartement met prachtig uitzicht.

Super goed verzorgd prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Enige nadeel er is maar 1 slaap kamer dus kids lagen op slaapbank in de huiskamer op zich wel goed bed.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Panoramafenster, kleinem Balkon, bequemen Betten etc. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr nett und engagiert, er bietet auch einen Brötchenservice an. Das Haus liegt zwar neben der Hauptstraße, durch die erhöhte Lage und die gute Schallisolierung hört man aber wenig vom Verkehr und nachts ist sowieso kaum jemand unterwegs. Die im Preis inbegriffene Touristenkarte ermöglicht die kostenlose Nutzung der Busse und Bergbahnen im Tal.

Super Wohnung, toller Aufenthalt!

In der Unterkunft hat alles gepasst, Wohnung ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet, direkt zum Wohlfühlen! Besonders das Panoramafenster in Fewo 4 ist toll! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne!
