Uncertainty about access to the property, can I turn in across traffic? Iffy. Grounds are a bit rough and ready, decidedly unsafe pergolas are not suitable for kids playing outside.

It was clean and convenient, with self-service, and check-in and check-out were very convenient. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the air conditioner is aging, and it takes half an hour to preheat. There is also a few minutes of noise in the shower pipe.

Place was clean which is why i gave 2 stars. The reception was not very helpful in telling me how out-of-hours check-in works - an email I got said to notify them and they would text me a code. No code was sent after notifying them, and I had to follow up twice to figure out that they don’t use a code system - she was clearly getting annoyed at me but I’m not a mind reader… LOL. Also, the wifi didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work - it turned on but did not give me any TV or let me log on to my streaming accounts. I was… very bored. There was no wall plug near the main bed so I couldn’t plug my phone in where I was sleeping after a full day of draining its battery.

Very disappointed with this stay, heading home from a big road trip and this was the most expensive yet uncomfortable room we had by far. On entry, the decor near made my eyes water, we laughed that off until we realised the mattress was very very old and uncomfortable, to the point where something jabbed my partner through the mattress and made him bleed. Complaints made and no response. Really disappointing.
