Very clean and cozy bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a double bed. 1 bath with full shower, Fully equipped kitchen, Mudroom with coffee station and laundry area, Dinning and living area, Large sunroom with sitting area. Park like setting backyard with walking trail next to house, driveway with lots of parking. Centrally located with easy access to everything, we are convenient to the Country Club Plaza, Downtown Kansas City and Power & Light District. This is a great home base for all your needs. Also set up for accommodating business travelers.

Quaint cabin in beautiful surroundings

Arrival and check in was easy and the cabin was as described in the listing. The grounds were beautiful and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring. The cabin is on the smaller side so. be aware if you have a family of 4 that it will feel cozy. The cabin was one of the most well stocked we have stayed at

Thoughts on Floyd St. house

Took me awhile to figure out the coffee pot and the TV, but got along fine. It was nice to have comfortable seating for just visiting. Called our hostess, Patricia, several times - not once did she show impatience. So appreciated her kindness.

Nice house plenty of room. All the appliances worked great. Had a big snow storm and the owner was very responsive to get someone to clear the driveway. Was very reassuring to have someone to come and kinda save the day and the weekend

My husband and I stayed in this home while visiting for a conference. The house was clean, well-stocked with kitchen needs, and close to everything. It was just the two of us; however, it has plenty of space for a larger family stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming home in a great location

My husband and 21 year old son traveled to KC to visit family. Excellent location for our purpose. This lovely old home has lots of character. The living space accommodates 3 easily, but may not provide enough seating for more. Three real beds, nicely remodeled kitchen, clean, fast communication with host. There s only one bathroom, which might be a concern. The bathroom has been remodeled and the shower is great. Overall, I highly recommend- would stay again.

location, location, location...!

Home is in a neighborhood, so it felt homey.At the end of the street so it was free from local traffic. So easy to get to I 35, Brookside, Plaza and Westport area. First floor has everything you need although there is an upstairs for more guests. Back porch looks like it would be wonderful in warmer weather. Enjoyed the ease of getting around and comfort of home. Would stay again.
