A short 5-minute drive lands you on the stunning Emerald Coast beaches. It offers a well-supplied full kitchen and a dining table for four. High speed internet. You will be in comfort with a queen bed in your private bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a 55" smart TV in the bedroom and a 42" smart TV in the living room which has free You Tube streaming standard cable TV. It’s conveniently located close HWY 98 providing easy access to Destin, Miramar and Santa Rosa Beach Enjoy the convenience of parking at your doorstep and the ease of two flights of interior air-conditioned stairs to your haven above." This is a 3-floor complex, and the unit is on the 3rd floor. We have an exterior security camera outside viewing the front door for your safety.

Such a great condo and location!!! Everything was perfect!! Walk to Grand Boulevard and so close to the beach!!! Keith was great to work with very flexible and always quick to respond if I needed anything!! Great stay!! Will be back for sure.

Would absolutely stay again!

Overall everything was perfect. If I have to ‘complain’ it is something that can’t really be changed. I shared the unit with my sister who got up for work everyday while myself and nephew slept in. The shower and toilet are closed in but the sink and mirror are not closed off from the bedroom. She had to brush her teeth and get ready in the kitchen. Other than that perfection!
