Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located at Surfside, a high-rise resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. Free Beach Service with an umbrella and 2 chairs come with this rental. This ninth-floor unit is full of upgrades, new Kitchen - Cherry Cabinets, Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, 20' tile flooring. The living area has a 47' LED TV mounted on the wall and has an entertainment system with Ipod dock and CD/Stereo. The condo has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo.This unit comfortably sleeps eight people.  There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two full-size beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. Enjoy dinner at Royal Palm Grille Restaurant located inside Surfside.  The large outside deck is a great place to have dinner or a drink and enjoy the sunset. Overall our stay was great however our neighbors below us continued to smoke on the balcony even after being reported to management, and there were only a couple of small issues the cleaning crew needed to address the owner is aware of

Needs more parking spaces for the guests. Not enough elevators to accommodate the guests. Building should have at least 4 elevators. Other than that, had a great time.

The balcony faces the beach, which was a beautiful view. The condo had everything that we needed to be able to feel at home. The owner provided contact information for any issues and notified us when needed. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay in Destin, it was very organized, and the owner gave detailed instructions and made the check in process very easy. The condo was set up with families in mind, there are many extras, such as movies, games, streaming radio, beach chairs, and many more amenities. Nice room, just right for our stay. Perfect beach. Loved having chairs but one of the chair guys wasn’t very nice. Our whole family stayed on the property some had issues with AC. I’m cold blooded so I was good at 74.

Wonderful place and view
