We stayed in January so it was chilly, we didn’t use the back deck. But the house was perfect for our family. The kids bunk bed room was a hit! The golfcart to take around the resort was one of our favorites! The pool closest to the house was our favorite (it was heated!) Sandestin beat all our expectations, we had a wonderful week there!

The house was very nice. There was a roach in the kitchen when we checked in. I would also recommend sprucing up the amenities. We did not have toilet paper or soap in some bathrooms. Most places leave a starter kit of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. We didn’t have any of these items. Hope this info helps to make your future guests stay a little better.

Property was nice and spacious. Close to the pool and the golf cart was great to get around. Maps of Sandestin would have been great to have to navigate. More details about golf/workout/walking trails would have been nice. The bunk room was spacious and with a large bathroom to handle the crew. We do not wear shoes in a house, it was apparent the floors were swept before our arrival but probably not cleaned/mopped. Our feet were dirty from walking around inside the home.....that is my only complaint.
