Stunning villa in Bayou Village with a GOLF CART included! This Bayou Village Villa has undergone a complete renovation with custom finishes and tasteful furnishings that reflect the colors of the sea. “Relaxing and peaceful” in every way describes this residence.

The updated kitchen makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining room offers seating for six guests, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Comfortable seating around the living area with a large HDTV. There is a brand new couch and love seat, including a queen sleeper sofa. For a truly relaxing afternoon, relax on the screened porch and take in a remarkable lake view with sounds of the fountains in the background.

The sunken master bedroom suite offers a king bed with fine linens, an HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely lake view. There is access to a private patio just outside the master suite. The master bathroom is designed with an updated shower/tub combo, custom tile design, and plenty of updated countertop space.

The guest bedroom features a king size bed with an additional twin size bed, all with fresh linens and an HDTV. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination and an updated countertop. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing board set up.

The location of this property makes it extra perfect! Bayou Village overlooks a scenic pond and offers a view of Choctawatchee Bay, the Marina, and the Wharf. This is a wonderful spot to watch the fireworks show! There are two swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at Bayou Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Fresh, clean, comfortable and convenient. Coastal decor without being kitschy. Plenty of seating inside and out. Golf cart was available for our trip. Better than having a second car. I had a couple questions during our stay and they were answered promptly! Kitchen had everything needed and so clean. We will definitely stay in this townhouse again.

Great stay! We really enjoyed our time at the villa! Nice layout, great golf cart, beautiful views - will definitely stay again! Only consideration - beds are on the firmer side, but that is just a personal preference. Wonderful place to vacation!

Great Beach Getaway

The property really met our needs, we are two families with young kids. We each had a bedroom and full bath. The golf cart access made it easy to explore the beach and local areas. We had a little problems when booking, it was last min but the property management kepy telling us the answers were in a rental agreement that wasnt emailed to us until 2 hours after i called trying to pay in full. The house has minimal supplies but that was all disclosed. Loved that minimal cleanup was necessary on our part!We actually would love to stay here the next time we visit.
