BIENVENIDOS A LOS PIES EN LA ARENA !!!!

Esta impresionante casa 5BR / 5. 5BA de tres niveles cuenta con amplios balcones y una gran cantidad de asientos al aire libre, un elevador, pisos de baldosas de madera dura y travertino, encimeras de granito y mármol y dos habitaciones y salas de estar con vista al Golfo.

El patio cerrado con una parrilla de gas es el lugar perfecto para preparar la pesca fresca del día. Hay una sala de estar en el primer piso frente al golfo completa con un sofá cama, TV de 40 ", mesa de juego con capacidad para cuatro personas, mini bar de encimera de granito con máquina de hielo, refrigerador y fregadero.

El primer nivel de la casa tiene un dormitorio de la reina frente al golfo con un televisor de pantalla plana de 21 "con un baño contiguo con una ducha en el primer nivel de la casa. Hay acceso a la playa desde este nivel, así como un balcón frente a la playa con asientos al aire libre.

La sala de estar del segundo piso cuenta con una gran sala grande amueblada con un cómodo sofá, dos sillas de gran tamaño y un televisor de 50 ". La cocina gourmet está equipada con encimeras de granito, una barra de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro personas, un horno de gas Viking, un enfriador de vino, un cajón calentador, un horno de convección y más. Un dormitorio principal en suite con vista al Golfo está situado en el tercer piso. Esta habitación tiene una cama king, televisor de pantalla plana y baño principal con ducha a ras de suelo, bañera, tocadores dobles y mucho espacio de guardarropas. Esta planta también cuenta con dos habitaciones Queen separadas con televisores de pantalla plana de 21 "y baños privados con combinaciones de bañera / ducha.

Our beachfront stay was absolutely worth every penny! We truly enjoyed every moment—the place was incredibly relaxing and had the perfect vibe for a fun and memorable gathering with friends. The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. It’s the kind of spot that lets everyone unwind and make great memories together. Highly recommended!

They checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed, and when I mentioned that some of the beach chairs were broken, they replaced them within an hour. Fantastic service all around.

Everything was pleasant and easy! Instructions were visible and easy. Great place to vacations for a girls trip. Property is as shown on the pictures but, much better in person. I would stay again and again!

A lovely beach house

Our large family group very much enjoyed its stay here. The porches on every level had a good breeze and were shielded from the sun.

Beautiful, well maintained house!

Toes in the Sand was an excellent house for our extended family. Amazingly- almost everything was in working order! Only issue we had was the very crowded beach! House is near a public access path & umbrellas were 3 deep in front of our house, very close together, & people even brought chairs to sit in front of us on the waterline!

Toes in the Sand says it all!

We absolutely loved our stay with Frangista Beach Properties at Toes in the Sand. From sunrise to sunset we were mesmerized by the beautiful beach, powdery sand, and perfectly blue water. The house was beautiful, wonderfully spacious, super clean, and a perfect getaway in these challenging times. While it was just our family of five this time, we could easily see renting again for a multigenerational trip or with another family. Hector from Frangista was super quick and helpful with all communications and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. We will be thinking about our toes in the sand for a long time!!

Without a doubt, the BEST equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Any rental beachside along Scenic Gulf is THE place to be and this home was no exception. Property management never fails to impress by responding immediately to any and all issues (and we only had one - how to reset the cable connection!!).

Our only complaint is that somehow the beach in front of our house became college center. It was clear the gate code was passed out to friends. That being said, we still loved the beach front atmosphere and that is clearly not something anyone can control. We would recommend!
