A leisurely 5-7 minute walk is all it takes to reach the beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim, and create unforgettable memories.

As a guest of Avalon Beach Estates, you’ll have access to a range of fantastic amenities, including a refreshing pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and shuffleboard. These facilities are private to residents and guests, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience throughout your stay.

Parking:
The Coral Reef provides ample parking with three dedicated spaces. You'll find one space in the garage and two additional spaces in the driveway, offering convenient and secure parking options for your vehicles.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
This beautiful home features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub with jets and a walk-in shower. Unwind and rejuvenate in this serene space after a day of beach activities.

The two spare bedrooms are elegantly appointed with queen-sized beds and share access to the second full bathroom.

Living Area:
The large living area serves as the heart of the home, offering a great place for gatherings and relaxation. The living space includes a queen-sized pullout sofa bed, which can accommodate two extra guests. For enhanced comfort, a 3-inch memory foam pad is provided, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside and enjoy the charming outdoor dining and lounging area, complete with beautiful multicolor Adirondack chairs and comfortable outdoor furniture. This space is perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or simply lounging in the Florida sunshine.

**The owner of the home has one personal vehicle parked in the garage. The house can accommodate up to 3 more vehicles.***
Must be 25 or older to book.
No parties or extra guests.
No more than 2 vehicles, a 3rd one will fit in the garage if it is a smaller vehicle, no larger than a Camry.
Vehicles must be parked in the garage and/or driveway without obstructing the sidewalk. No street parking allowed. Violations will incur a 200.00 fee.
No pets.
No smoking.
Rinse sand before entering back into the house from the beach.
Do not take anything from the home with you including the disposable amenities we provide such as paper products, cleaning supplies, detergents, soaps, coffee, and creamer.
