Perfect for large families and groups of friends, this snowbird-friendly Miramar Beach home is just the beach abode you need for your next vacation! All bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces are located on the ground floor, which means it will be accessible for anyone. Upon entering, you will first come across the main living area, which features the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is a cook's paradise with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The open floor plan makes it ideal so the chef won't miss any conversation taking place either in the dining area or living room. The kitchen also comes equipped with a convenient three-person breakfast bar. When mealtime comes around, everyone can gather at the gorgeous dining table that seats six plus a bench.

The star of the living space is obviously the living room, offering a spacious gathering area with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a deluxe gas fireplace, plenty of board games, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. The living room opens up to a sunny Florida room, which has been furnished with nothing but great taste and guests' comfort in mind. From there, you and your loved ones can easily access the enclosed yard. This is a great place for the family to enjoy the outdoors–sit by the private pool and watch the kids play in the water with the rest of the family, or put on the chef's apron, turn on the gas fireplace, and treat everyone to a tasty BBQ. The backyard also has a firepit area, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a nice and cozy lounge area by the pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
