Unit was huge, plenty of space for everyone in our group (6 adults) with room to spare. The views from the balcony were incredible. It’s equipped with everything we needed. Everything was clean upon arrival. Location is great, beach is beautiful, and convenient to multiple shopping plazas with many restaurant options.

Beautiful place and great location. Disappointing that only 1 out of the 3 sliding doors worked properly. The only one that worked was off the master and was ver disruptive to the people staying in the master. Overall great stay.

Amazing !

This condo was beautiful! So clean and well stocked. Location on the 17th floor had amazing views of the beach and the gulf. All rooms having their own bathrooms was perfect for our group. So much room for everyone to spread out. 2 tables to sit at to eat. Plenty of tvs. Having two balconies was also great for our group. The younger ones could hang out without the “old people”. There were luggage carts and shopping carts in the garage by the elevators and that was so helpful and well thought out. Access to the beach was so easy and close. We could run down for a little bit, run back up to room to rest or go run around then go back to beach again. The condo also had beach chair service that made it easy to just run down to the beach and not lug chairs out. Our only problem was my parents have trouble with stairs. I should have paid attention on the listing pictures and there are several one step areas to get around inside the condo. My parents did ok with them. Also be aware if you have someone with limited mobility the access to the beach here also has several steps. Overall I would highly recommend this condo! We will use them again if we go back!

Everything We Had Hoped For

Just left a weeks stay at 1700 Hidden Dunes. What a perfect trip and THIS was the perfect place for our family to stay. This was our first vacation with our adult children and two small granddaughters. There were 8 of us. We wanted on the beach, incredible views, space.....we had it all! Beautifully decorated, everything you need to cook dinners in if needed. Private beach area for those staying in Hidden Dunes - so beautiful. I will say that beach access would be difficult if you have guests with mobility issues. Many stairs to get down. Wonderful week!

My family and I stayed at the 1700 Penthouse over this past weekend. It had amazing views. We loved how the rooms were spread out and the decor was fitting. Only issue we cld fuss about wld be the elevator. Only one was working and it was quite aggy having to wait so long. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and won’t hesitate to rebook when that time comes!

Awesome Vacation!

It was all of ours first time to visit Destin; and for most of us to visit the Gulf Coast. It is BEAUTIFUL!! The accommodations were excellent. The few problems we had were: Internet password was incorrect and it took until Wednesday to get the correct work. This was a problem for the "younger" generation. One other thing was that the big, nice, jetted bathtub did not work. It should have been fixed before we got there. Other than that, and the construction on 98, we had a great time! Oh, you do need a ramp to get to the beach. The last 40 stairs were too hard on my 82 year old mother and she only made it to the beach one time. So it would be nice to have a ramp all the way to the beach! Thanks! We will be back!!!
