I really liked this house and location. Even more beautiful in person, lots of space, enjoyed walking around the community and the view of the lake. One person found hair in the towels and decided to buy their own to use during the stay.Communicating with the home you are using a 3rd party instead of the actual owner and you can tell in the communication. Things are very generic and not specific. I prefer to communicate directly with the owner for a more human touch.Example: In front of the house is room for 2 cars OR 1 car and 1 golf cart. Took me a while to get confirmation that the 2nd car could park there since there was no golf cart. The 3rd party originally said the 2nd car would have to find a public lot, I then called to talk to someone who after some hours got back to me as I guess speaking with the owner.

Nice house. Management company didn’t do a great job of cleaning. Found food and plastic pieces on floors as well as a random shoe in the living room, a sock in a bedroom, and discarded fast food on deck chair. Management company did respond quickly to clean porch. Property location and home itself are great. If cleaners do better or get new crew in future it would be perfect. Close to pool. Enjoyed views of wildlife and golfers.

Awesome

We all loved the house and the location. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. I’m a golfer and view of the 17th fairway was awesome. We had some problems with the door code and lock, but it was quickly taken cared of.
