Great family time

It was so nice having 2 kitchens and 2 separate homes! The kids loved the pool and hot tub even though it was cold!!!! Great location too!!!!we’ll be back!!!!

2024 Florida Vacation Trip

Our family overall fell in love with the house, we were due to arrive earlier than the check in time but we were able to find an activity for our family before checking in, when arriving at the house there were a few things that weren’t completely cleaned but overall it was alright, one of my family members slept on a sofa bed and upon pulling out the bed we found an open bag of Doritos inside the bed and in the kitchen one of the cabinet doors was very loose and when wanting to use the outside shower to rinse off it sprayed upwards instead of down onto us like a regular shower, also we could never locate the barbecue pit or a mop, other than those minor issues the beds were very comfortable and thank goodness for the swimming pool because due to the weather we were unable to get in the water at the beach, the host were always reachable at all times, this is a very beautiful home and we hope to get it again in the future.

Great family bacation

The home was perfect with the two wings so people could spread out, private swimming pool and hot tub, and five minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, floats, beach wagon, 1 small beach umbrella. Everything we needed was there for us. Very nice new Keurig coffee maker single/12cup coffeemaker. Bring basket filters. Staples in the cupboards and all the dishes, pans, linens, pool floats , beach chairs you need. Was glad we brought our own beach umbrellas so we didn’t need to rent. Very nice beds and linens. Even beach towels provided! E we will book here again!

We had a blast!

Our large family had a blast! The kids had the most fun with the pool. It was extremely helpful that the pool was warm. The host was extremely welcoming and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Property needs to be shut down and put through proper maintenance and cleaning.

Our family has stayed in destin for years, always different properties. This was absolutely the worst we have dealt with so for. We waisted so much of our vacation letting either cleaning people in, maintenance men in, or internet men in during our stay. It would have been nice to have been offered some of our money back for our inconvenience instead 100 for no internet. They did inform us internet was down. But didn’t inform us internet controlled everything in the whole house. They failed to mention that everything in the home was controlled by the internet ...hot tub, air conditioning. TVs. Cleaning was subpar at best. Every time we messaged them, it was always an excuse. We had to clean the grill for an hour for us to be able to grill as well as purchase a new propane tank to be able to use it. The dryer would not dry 3 towels even going thru 4 cycles. The description described the houses as being connected which is not true so be aware that it is two separate houses. Trash was full when we got there and was horrible! It smelled the entire house up. The house had a smell and a day later we found out it was spilled milk on a couch so we couldn’t even sit in the room. Maintenance did come 2 days prior to us leaving. When we got there the first day, the master bathroom was locked and we had to pick the lock to get in. There were cleaning supplies left out. We had to change the air Condtioner filters in the units because the air was whistling . They were filthy. No matter what we told them they made an excuse. We have texts and pictures and videos. The one positive I have to say is, after checking out, the cleaning crew found my Apple Watch and have mailed it to me. For the ridiculous price you pay for this house, it is definitely not worth the money. The trip was for our daughter who graduated high school and I would say that we would have had a better experience staying in a condo.

Mixed Review

Great location,owners tried to fix problems. Property was filthy. Could write in the dust on wooden shutters, rugs filthy, weeds inside pool area,furniture old and uncomfortable. Upon checking out you are expected to wash and put up towels and dishes,sweep floor,wash out tub and sinks.Needs a lot of TLC.

Expectations not met

Was very excited to stay in this beautiful home, but it wasn't all that the pictures led us to believe it was. The furniture in the living room were worn and uncomfortable. Before we could use the dishes and cups, I had to wash them. The dishwasher does not do a good job cleaning or drying the dishes. I had to purchase mold cleaner for the master shower. We enjoyed the the pool but not so much the hot tub, it would not stay warm. Loved the closeness to the beach, but to much frustration with this home.
