Alerio C101 is an absolute gem of a vacation spot! Situated in a gated community just steps away from the beach, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. The first-floor location with a patio provides easy access to the beach walkway, allowing you to soak in the sounds of the waves crashing nearby. Inside, the condo boasts 10 ft ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The fresh interior design, inspired by the colors of the sea, sets the tone for a truly relaxing beach vacation. The living area is furnished in warm coastal style, with plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances has everything you need to prepare meals for the family, and the farm table and breakfast bar provide ample seating for dining together. With a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional bunkroom with a full over full bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. Plus, the stackable washer/dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Outside of the condo, the community amenities at Alerio offer even more opportunities for relaxation and fun, from the pool and hot tub to the barbecue grills and outdoor picnic area. Overflow parking is accepted at Geronimo RV Park 850-424-6801 Monday - Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Sunday between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Great Vacation Stay

When we first walked in we were amazed. We chose this house because of the bunk beds for the kids but also the other room for my 15-year-old daughter. Had the right amount of space for the whole family. I love that. It's on the first floor and the beach was literally 5 minutes away walking across the street. There are also a few beach chairs and toys for the kids to enjoy on the beach . We will definitely be saving this to our favorites

rental property was great and very nice. Loved to house and it was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, the property management is NOT so great. Our rental van was hit by an onsite construction lift and the property management has refused to speak with us. Reports were filed but no one will assist us besides the security officers onsite.

Property is perfect for a family with a range of ages. The property has a great porch to spread out, perfect location with a 2 min. walk to beach in a safe location, well-appointed kitchen for meal prep., comfy beds and linens, unexpected extras like laundry baskets, beach chairs and toys, drying rack, etc.

Sweet Little Getaway💗

Our family really enjoyed this spacious condo and the location made it even better! We would love to come back to this specific place next time! We had a minor glitch with the check in process but management showed up immediately and helped us with it! I thought that was very impressive and they even offered us a gift as a way to make sure we were taken care of! I recommend this place for sure!

A perfect retreat

We had a family 5 for a retreat and this room EXCEEDED our expectations. It was well-kept, communication was excellent so we didn't need to contact management, and the location was PERFECT. Parking was right in front of the unit and the beach was a short walk away (and not a busy part of the beach either)

Miramar Beach III

This was our third year staying in Miramar Beach. First time at Alerio. The condo unit was very nice. The beach access was super close. Easy to run back and refill drinks and use the bathroom. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and of course an Alvin's Island store for anything beach related. The pool area seemed small for the number of units...there were only about 16 lounge chairs and they were full everyday so we couldn't use that area. We would stay here again.
