Great location, great property

The layout of this house is fantastic, with a common living area on middle floor and all bedrooms on either the top or bottom floor. The property management team was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent stay at Dune Beachy!

We had four families staying here for Spring Break and can’t say enough positive things about our time here. Lots of space, great living and sleeping arrangements, right on the beach, and close to several great restaurants. If we are back in Destin again, this would be our first choice to stay!

Wow Factor

The house was luxury with all the rooms and king size beds. Truly a top level experience. The true star was location. On the beach with the most amazing view. We can’t say enough about it.

Beach Wedding Beauty

We stayed at the property with friends and family the days leading up to our wedding, which we held on the private beach at the house. We had a great stay. One of our close friends is a chef and prepared all of our meals in the home, so its well equipped to feed a crowd. I think we had just under 20 people for 2 meals a day for 5 days, plenty of seating, utensils, cookware, fridge space etc. Although the house is set up VERY well, noise carries significantly, even just conversations in the living area carry to all bedrooms and with that many people under one roof, it made for difficult sleeping. My only other critique is there is no full length mirror in the master so that was a bummer given that is where I got ready for the wedding. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased with our stay

Beach Vaca

Our family enjoyed our beach vacation at this property. The amenities were as described. The only opportunity would be the amount of chairs included at the beach. For a house that sleeps 20, it would have been more enjoyable to have more than 4 beach chairs included in the rental. We ended up purchasing additional chairs which was pretty expensive on top of what was spent on the accommodations.

Amazing House for an Amazing Beach Vacation

The house is exactly as described and even better than the pictures show. A comfortable and cozy living area right off of the kitchen that has every appliance, big and small as well as a big pantry to store everything. The large dining table was great for family meals (14 of us) as well as for playing cards. Having two washers and dryers as well as two dishwashers made life so much easier. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and the beds are so comfortable. The house is located very close to many shops and the private beach is stunning. A quick walk over the dune and you are ready to sit in your beach chair that is set up each day for you. 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided, but no need to worry if you need more as there is a bin at the bottom of the stairs on your way to the beach that has chairs, umbrellas and all kinds of toys, water and sand. The hot tub was enjoyed and is a nice addition to the property. The property owner/manager was very attentive and texted throughout our stay to check in and to see if there was anything we needed. We had one small problem with one of the bathrooms and it was taken care of immediately without interrupting any of our beach time. It was a wonderful vacation in a beautiful place and a beautiful home. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Paradise

This place will meet all your needs. Beautiful views. Plenty of room for your crew. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking and baking utensils. Large refrigerator and a wine and beer fridge. Ice maker also. Beds are comfortable. Every bedroom has its own TV. Beach chairs and some water toys supplied. Parking for 6 vehicles. Plenty of seating. Awesome place. Owners are very attentive to your needs.

Everything We Needed and More

We couldn't have asked for more - our stay at Dune Beachy was exceptional in every way. This home had everything we needed, and it was super clean! The beachfront hot tub was our favorite part! It was the perfect place to unwind in this cold weather, grab a drink and enjoy the waves and the sunset! This home exceeded our expectations - we hope to stay here again for our next beach vacation!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved this home! The layout of the space is well thought out with great attention to detail. And, oh, those views! Absolutely breathtaking - nothing can compare. Having 2 dishwashers, microwaves, and washers & dryers made cooking and cleanup simple for our group of 10. GLAM-Destin was very responsive and checked in several times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home!

Complete Bliss: the views, the hot tub...THE ULTIMATE VACATION HOME

Our stay at Dune Beachy was absolutely incredible. The views kept us captivated, and, truth be told, we found it hard to leave the home. The recent addition of the hot tub, overlooking the Gulf, was undoubtedly a highlight, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings. The entire stay felt like a dream - we are already planning a return trip next year!

Great Mommy & Me Retreat Weekend

Our Girl Scout troop held it's Mommy & Me Beach trip at this home and it was PHENOMENAL for our group of 20. Clean, ease of access to restaurants, stores, and the highway, and overall accommodating for the all. There was plenty of space for all. Great home for hosting a large group.

Great but check out time

We love love love this home. Only a couple things: Needs coffee filters, paper towels and garbage bags…most homes provide plenty of those items Also, check out time is way way way too early. Most hotels and houses have an 11;00 am checkout. 9:00 is just too early

The perfect house for a beach family vacation

The description and photos were accurate to the way we found the house. Everything was new and sparkling clean. We loved the location of the house - right along Scenic Gulf drive, a short walk or drive to restaurants, an outlet mall, a golf cart rental shop, etc. When we contacted the management our questions were addressed promptly. They were very accomodating in allowing early check-in. Beach wasn't crowded and we had a two umbrella / four chair setup included. Perfect!

Wonderful house for a family retreat right on the beach!

"Dune Beachy" had everything that we needed. It was very clean and well taken care of. The location was amazing with incredible views straight from the living room and kitchen - one morning I even saw a group of dolphins while looking out at the water! The layout was perfect for our family gathering. The rental company was very easy to communicate with throughout our booking process and stay, and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Our family had a wonderful time here. We will definitely be back.

What a perfect home!

We really enjoyed our visit. Home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was new. The proximity to the home's private beach was so nice. Kids could easily come and go to house. We had an easy time communicating with the management company to get help when power went off briefly and WiFi needed to be reset. I would definitely stay here again.
