Just a few steps away to Grand Boulevard which has all types of restaurants, retail shops and night life. We are within minutes from the pristine, white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast and the affluent 30A. This is not a studio condo it has its own private bedroom and a well-supplied full kitchen. Granite counter tops and dining table surface with 2 bar height chairs. You will have high speed wifi, 55" smart tv in the living room and 42" in the bedroom free streaming services with youtube TV. Plenty of parking as you park directly in front of the building. Your condo is located on the third floor which has 2 flights of interior, carpeted and conditioned stairs. We have an exterior security camera outside viewing the front door for your safety.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We loved the location. Close to places we like to go. Very clean. Pet friendly. The only downside was 3rd floor…tough on us old ladies loading and unloading, otherwise it was perfect.

Beach vacation.

We really liked the condo except it being on 3rd floor. Me having a broken ankle, wasnt the easiest. And we really like having the pool but yesterday it was closed. Since I could not get in the Gulf because of my ankle, I really looked forward to the pool. There was a notice on the gate saying it was closed because something was wrong. But it was a nice quiet place.

Honest and very wonderful host!

I’ll try to keep this short and accurate as possible! The host, Keith, had such an adorable property and very clean which is super important to me. It was well stocked with any necessities you may need during your stay in addition to many other conveniences. Very short distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops. And most importantly, beaches! We would definitely stay here again!
