Welcome to paradise at Quartz Sandz! Our newly listed, remodeled condo is located on the ground floor of the Maravilla Resort inside unit 1112. This condo provides easy access via the beach ramp to the Maravilla's 500ft of private deeded beach on the Gulf of America. Enjoy all of the comforts of home during your stay us!

Tasteful nautical decor perfectly captures the surrounding landscape, while a large glass sliding door provides ample natural light. You'll find the cozy living room, complete with a queen-sized murphy bed console and a flat-screen Smart TV with cable. Just a few feet away, the fully equipped kitchen has been stocked with all of the necessities you need for home-cooking. Savor all of your meals around the dining table for 6, with extra seating at the bar for 2!

When you're not relaxing inside, take advantage of the numerous resort amenities at your disposal! Onsite, you'll find 2 pools, 1 year round heated, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a basketball court, outdoor shuffelboard, green space and much more. Additionally, between March and October, you'll enjoy included beach services with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Also available seasonally, kayak, paddleboard, boogie board rentals are available onsite at the beach entrance.

End the day on the the patio where you can relax with plenty of green space and the sounds of the beach a short stroll away.

THE LOCATION

Maravilla is a 33 acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access in Miramar Beach, FL, minutes from Destin. Our condo is roughly 250 steps to get your toes in the sand and enjoy the salt life.

Not only is the private beach within walking distance, but fabulous restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's are just a short walk or bike ride away!

Also extremely close by is the new Dolphin Snorkel Reef - a manmade reef of 60 individual modules arranged in the shape of a Bottlenose dolphin! Make sure to bring along your flippers and snorkel mask to swim with the fish. Located within walking distance just east of our condo at Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access - 49. Prefer fishing? Book a deep sea fishing trip with a local charter like Charter Boat "Outta Line".

Stay ashore for a day of golfing at Emerald Bay Golf Club, and Kelly Plantation, located just behind the resort, or take a short drive to many of the other courses in the area. If you prefer shopping, head over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, found roughly 3 miles away. The Destin Commons is also a popular shopping area with incredible eateries, over 75 shops, and fun for the whole family. There's also an AMC Movie Theater!

Other notable attractions include Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, The Track - Destin, and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. You'll find something for everyone in Miramar Beach!

We were only in Destin for a few days, but I wish we’d stayed longer—this unit was clean, well-furnished, and roomy enough for five. Well-stocked with amenities, close to the beach and walking paths, and easy access to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Plenty of dishes, cookware so we could prepare home cooked meals. Our only disappointment was the construction—we knew it would be happening, we did not realize our patio would be the workers’ base camp (and therefore unusable). Would absolutely recommend.

We really enjoyed ourselves. We are a family of 5 with three kids 18 yo, 16 yo, 14 yo. Our host, Chris, was very nice and responsive to all our questions. The room was just as represented and met all our needs. The two pools on-site are nice, and the fitness room has standard equipment. They also have an ice machine on-site for your cooler that takes cards to pay. There were beach items provided (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys/shovels, balls, etc). We even left a beach blanket for use by future guests. The best amenities in my opinion were the close walk to a private beach (~5 minutes) reserved for Maravilla guests only and the ability to use two chairs and an umbrella that were reserved every day. Chairs are set up beginning at 630am every morning and taken down at 5pm every day, or early in the event of a storm. All you must do is give them your Maravilla room number, and last name. The attendants prefer tips if you are inclined. They will also hold the same chair for you for a fee of $20 a day, otherwise first-come first-serve, the earlier you get to the beach the better options you have for the day. My wife and I would get up early, grab two chairs, and have coffee on the beach. We would return later when ready to enjoy the water. If you are looking for a trip packed with activities, then I recommend staying here in Destin as everything is close. Halloween Beach Trip

The condo was unbelievably clean and up to date with all the furnishings. Probably about 200 yards to the beach and about 50 yards to either of the two pools. And the best thing, when on the beach you have a close bathroom by one of the condo pools to walk to without going all the way back to condo. Love the ground floor too. Be back soon

Clean, close to beach. Only drawbacks, rooms needed a few updates. Kitchen lacked equipment. I know it can’t be helped but the dogs were everywhere. Always in our back yard. Had to step over poop several times. We have a dog but that’s why she stays elsewhere when we are on vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Check in and check out were very easy. Very responsive to inquiries made before we traveled. This property is in a great location. Close to dining and shopping. And access to the beach was wonderful. There were only two of us on this trip, but we didn't feel like we rented too much space with this property, though it would certainly accommodate more people. We didn't need to use the beach toys or wagon provide, but it was nice having it available.

Nice place to stay

Was a little confusing to begin with to find our place. While in process of finding a place I mistakenly booked this one as we wanted directly on the beach, but we did have a great time there. Owners were quick to respond to any questions and the condo was clean and well maintained. Overall everything was great. Wish the back deck had either a ceiling fan or working plugs because it was so hot and not enough seating on the porch. Not a fan of the sliding door bottom rail being so high. Couple of us tripped on it several times but understand why it is necessary. Would recommend this location.

We loved staying here! Such an easy walk to the beach and liked it was on the main floor. Came with a wagon and pool toys which were needed with our littles. We did wish it had a pack n play provided but it all worked out.

We stayed at Maravilla rm 1112. Wonderful and clean condo! That's saying a lot since I'm a bit of a germaphobe. A great place to bring the family since there is so much to do in the area. The weather was not great, but we still found things to do.

This is one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in. Property was awesome. Very close to the beach. Condo itself had just about everything a family could need for a week of fun at the beach. The entire experience was delightful! When I bring my family back to Miramar beach, this is where I will stay!!

Awesome! But one complaint

Everything was amazing. Beautiful condo and very close to the beach. I was very satisfied with the location and cleanliness. However, the housekeeping got there at 9am telling us we had to leave, we showed them the email that our check out time was 10am. They left, but left all of their equipment at the door. That is my only complaint.
