💛 Why This One Stands Out

The combination of spacious layout, private beach access, and included beach service makes this an easy, stress-free choice for families and couples alike.

Seasonal beach service has been paid for - this allows you to have 2 chairs plus umbrella set up each day of your stay. There is a finite number of beach sets, so we recommend talking to the attendant early in the morning to "stake your claim" on the chairs, especially during the busy summer season. We do not charge our guests extra for beach service, and we do not offer refunds if it is not available as we have no control over the beach service vendor!

Mainsail allows only 2 cars on property per reservation. Upon arrival you will check in with the gate attendant for your parking pass/passes for your stay. Guests have covered parking under the tennis courts which keeps your car nice and cool! Please note - your reservation includes 1 car. If you need to bring a 2nd car, we will charge the additional $55 before arrival for the 2nd car.

HOUSE RULES

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo at Mainsail

Great communication, homey, beds are comfortable, master bedroom was big with plenty of space for our pack’n play, kitchen had essentials, a decent view of the ocean from one of the balconies, and the pool and kiddie pool were nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

This Condo was everything we expected. The only complaint we would have is the mattress in master bedroom was not comfortable, very very firm. We will definitely be coming back to Mainsails. The owners were great to work with

Winter getaway

My husband and I have stayed at Mainsail several times over the years and always enjoy our stays. We utilize the hot tub, heated pool, fitness room, shuffleboard and enjoy the short walk to the beautiful beach. This property was very nice and clean and exactly as described and in the photos. It was very large and comfortable and had everything we needed. There are lots of windows to bring in the sunshine and two huge balconies. We would definitely stay here again.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The room; definitely had a bacteria mold smell coming from the AC vents. If you want to leave with a soar throat this is the place for you. Duct work definitely needs a cleaning and a disinfectant badly. My granddaughter and I both came down with soar throats and I know what I’m speaking of. The carpet had a piece of broken glass in it, luckily I found it before the little feet of my granddaughters. We had to roll the living room carpet up because it was so slick for the girls and the mess was plenty underneath it. The base boards need badly replaced and the dishwasher needs screwed to the countertop. The Supplies; more than two trash bags would be handy. More than two dish towels would be helpful as well as more bath towels. Pool; not as pictures would imply. Access to the beach was great! Price; for the lower level, opposite end of the ocean and the dirty air ducts, a tad bit high. Bed; the guest room bed was uncomfortable. Overall; I, the husband, will do the search for places to stay next time.

Perfect Vacation

The condo was perfect. Will list pros and cons Pros: Condo: fully stocked! Comes with everything you could need! Appliances worked great! Condo was super clean and ready to go. Location; condo is just a little walk to the beach. Right by parking garage. Condo is right by outlet mall and lot of eating places and fun activities for the kids. Beach: super clean! Water is so clear! Condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Pool; big pool and hot tub. Super clean and the kids had a lot of fun Arcade: fun games for the kids Safety; love the security gate at the entrance and there is a patroller the grounds. Cons; Balcony has no few of ocean. Only have few of parking lot and parking garage Beds were a little hard for my comfort level To sun it up we he a great vacation. Would definitely consider coming back to the same condo next year!

Very nice

The condo was exactly as our family expected, very clean and lots of space for everyone. We loved how close the condo was to the beach access and that it was located on the second floor. My only recommendation would be a drying rack for wet swimsuits and towels. Very nice condo, we will be back.

Pleasant Surprise

Our experience at this condo was better than we expected. The size of it was much larger than the pictures gave the impression of, the host/hostess did a great job with the directions they gave us for checking in, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach was great, and the beach itself was very nice. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Destin/Miramar Beach. The two main things we wish it would have had were BBQ utensils for the grills outside, and a Keurig. Other than that, the condo was well stocked with everything we needed.
