Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home for a large gathering! It’s only a short walk to the beach so the location is great ~ the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable and the living space (kitchen/LR/DR) are open and perfect for a large gathering along with comfortable seating. Plenty of room for all of us to eat, play cards, do puzzles and have privacy. 3 block walk to beach. Pool was close by and kept very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only surprise was an extra charge if we wanted to use the golf cart but we did not really have a need for it anyway. House was gorgeous, more than functional and grocery shopping and eating out was close by.

The house was exactly as described. We had 10 people and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone. The large table with additional bar stools at the island was great! It was easy to get to the beach and the pool is steps away from the condo and very nice. We did rent the golf cart which was very helpful going to the beach and also making small runs to the grocery. We would definitely stay here again. We will recommend as well.

Perfect for large family

We had 10 adults and 4 kids and fit perfectly. The kitchen and dining area were great for us to all eat together. The walk to the beach was easy even for the little ones especially with the wagon and beach stuff in the garage for us to enjoy. Beautiful home and wonderful place to get away with our family.

It’s is a very nice unit with plenty of room for a big group to spread out and also be together. Nice shared pool that was never crowded. Beach is about a two block walk that was a bit much if varying beach essentials so we normally drove and parking at public access was easy.

Plenty of room and a great location

Stayed at the property with 10 total people and 4 separate family units and this spot gave us plenty of room to spread out, but also come together for meals and game night. Walk to the beach is short and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Had some maintenance issues with a shower during our stay and the owners were incredibly responsive, fixing the problem in less than an hour or so. Overall, great spot and we’d be happy to recommend it!

Family vacation

This was our second year staying in the same unit and had an amazing time! The check in and check out process was so easy. The house had everything we needed and was close to the beach. It was clean and had plenty of room for a family of 10. The golf cart was so helpful when lugging stuff back and forth to the beach. We will be coming back next year no doubt!
