Great house for 2 or 3 families, with two Master Suites, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd plus a 1st floor king bedroom and bath for the grandparents! Kitchen completely remodeled November 2022! New mattresses August 2022. Clean and contemporary, this three level villa sits at the front of the gated development of the Miramar Beach Villas and is the nearest property to the private deeded beach access. This intimate single drive community is among the newest developments along Scenic Gulf Drive and offers guests a chance to enjoy luxurious accommodations that are priced well for all. Miramar Beach Villas unit 111 is known as Paradise Found. It is the largest floor plan in the Villas of Miramar Beach. Upon entering the property it's clear that this is no run-of-the-mill vacation home. Neutral earth tones and rich appointments soothe and pops of color tantalize. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and the modern kitchen and outdoor grill make cooking up a meal worth bragging about truly a breeze.

***We have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting practices to keep our guests safe during their stay. We offer remote check-in and check-out for your safety. All beds will have clean sheets, pillow cases and a blanket that is laundered after each guest. All other bedding - comforters, bedspreads. throws and decorative pillows - have been removed, as per guidelines. We have household cleaning supplies available if you need them during your stay as well as anti-bacterial hand soap and hand sanitizer for your use.***

The first level of Paradise Found also hosts a private king bedroom that shares a full bath with the common area. In addition, both the front and back of the home offer covered outdoor spaces, on every one of the three levels.

On the second level of this Miramar Beach Villa guests will enjoy a spacious king master suite with a well appointed master bath. The over-sized shower with double shower heads, double sinks and jacuzzi tub complete the feel of luxury. This level also offers a second bedroom with queen bed and built in twin bunk beds in the hall nook, both sharing the hall full bath.


The top floor of Paradise Found hosts a bonus master suite with a king bed and well appointed private master bath with double sinks, separate shower and jacuzzi tub. A private balcony with views of the gulf complete the scrumptious third floor.

In addition to being gated and featuring a private beach access, Miramar Beach Villas also hosts a refreshing pool and an over-sized pool deck that is just steps from the front door of Paradise Found.

Outside of the development the best of Miramar Beach is minutes away with some destinations being within walking distance. Hopping into a car will also give you easy access to some serious shopping and delectable dining at both the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard Town Center. There are approximately 10 golf courses located within a 10 minute drive from Paradise Found.

Great Family Vacation Home

Great space for family vacation. We had eight adults with plenty of space to share and also have privacy. The location is awesome. It is directly across from the beach. A short walk across the street. The condo was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We made dinners and lunches during the week. There are also restaurants close by. We would definitely say here again.

This was our spring break family trip along with celebrating my youngest 1st birthday. It is the first time we have attempted a vacation with not only my family of 6, but my sister's family of 4 and 2 sets of grandparents! And we had PLENTY of room! The accommodations were perfect and kid friendly. Everyone had a great time! On good weather days we would go to the beach and then on way back enjoy the pool! In the evenings we played cards or walked beaxh at night looking for crabs. This was a perfect week and a perfect location! All of my party had a great time and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Early summer getaway

The check-in process and communication with the owner were all very smooth. The owner personally came to the unit to provide additional needed resources for our large group of 13 (sheets, towels, etc.) on our first evening at the unit. The unit itself suited our group well. While it could use a few updates (replace light switch plates and a whistling noise in the vents), the property was clean and nice. It was nice to have 4 bathrooms especially. The location is phenomenal as the pool is only a few steps out the front door and the beach is a very short walk across the street. There is a grill on the back porch which we utilized as well. The kitchen was well-equipped as we almost every meal at the unit. Thanks for a great week!

Paradise Found for sure

House was perfect! We had four separate families meeting up for a week at the beach and this house was exactly what we needed. Despite the 11 people the house never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs and despite the heat, the A/C has no issues keeping up. The other pleasant surprise was the hot water supply. We were able to get all of us through post water showers without having to space it out or ration hot water. Property owners responded promptly to our questions both before and after our arrival. Would definitely visit again!

Nice vacation villa

Wonderful place for our getaway. The house was spacious and it had everything we needed. Beach acess just across the street. The place seems to be sound proof because we did not hear the neighbors. We had 4 cars and didnt have any issues with finding parking spots.

Family Vacation

Our family had a fantastic stay at this location! It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There was plenty of room for 8 adults (4 couples) and 2 young children with many more spaces available is needed. Each of the four bedrooms is well separated with a bathroom connected for privacy. Beds were all comfy. We could feel a breeze from the ocean while sitting on each of the balconies because of the location of this particular location and the walk to the beach is a straight shot and very short. We also liked that it has a back porch to put beach items on which helps keep the sand out of the house. It also has a water spicket with a hose on the side wall which came in handy. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Lynn was very friendly and always a text or call away and replied to any questions we had rapidly. It was a very pleasant experience from the time we booked and throughout our visit.

The beach house was as described on the listing. 20 feet walk to the pool, the beach is just down the street. We had 2 babies and it was an easy travel. The only complaints we have are: the house had black hair everywhere, and 2/4 beds were uncomfy and you roll to the middle (the queen bed frame is extremely loud as well) But overall it was a great beach house with everything we needed. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

Relaxing stay

We stayed here with our family and friends. The house was the perfect size for our group of 8. Easy access to the beach and the beachfront was never too crowded. We did not use the pool because it was always crowded. The property is quiet on the inside which is surprising with as much activity that went on in the parking area and pool. The rooms and kitchen are clean and had most of what we needed. Loved staying here and would love to do it again!

This property was exactly as listed! Steps from the pool as well as a short walk to the beach. The “extra” auxiliary parking is directly beside this unit and it was also an easy walk to the community dumpsters (which are out of sight and out of mind until you need them). Another notable feature of the community is that there are motion sensor lights in the dumpster corral, so you are not walking blindly at night as you throw out your trash. The property has everything you could possibly need. This is a perfect place for multiple families. We had 8 adults and 3 children and we were never crowed. 4 bedrooms all with a private bath as well as built in bunks gave everyone in our party their own space. Lynn was wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had (even when she was at a party with her family). Hopefully we can visit again!

We loved this home and Lynn’s hospitality. She was prompt and easy to communicate with. We had no issues. The home was pretty and well equipped. The beach gear could use an overhaul but we had our own. The area is more crowded than we like but overall the sand, sea, and this property were excellent!

Best Vacation Ever

The property sit right upfront with a very short walk to the beach and really close to the pool. Rooms are very spacious, large showers/tubs and comfortable beds. I would recommend this place to anyone with multiple families! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities.
