We all enjoyed the pool and location very much. The bedrooms are roomy and beds comfortable and en-suite bathrooms a huge plus.

Very spacious

We had a large group of 5 families and the house was the perfect place for us with plenty of space. Quick golf cart ride to the beach or 5 minute walk. Communication was quick and helpful. The house was clean upon arrival. Would suggest to the house to update area rugs and doormats more frequently as they were pretty worn and old from wear and tear. We only had one issue arise during our stay. The pool was 104 degrees at check in. I contacted the host (it was found that the pool heater had been left on) they sent someone out to drain some water and add fresh. Unfortunately it was so hot it took 3 days for the temperature to decrease. That was a big bummer for swimming during the hot Florida days. We wish that could have been resolved better on day one but I don’t think there would have been a solution unfortunately with that big of a pool. We had a great time at the house and would definitely stay again.

Property was as advertised. Good location and very clean. Easy to get to beach. restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice for large groups as each bedroom had bathroom and plenty of space. Good pool.

A Wave From It All was the perfect location for a family/friend get away on my wife’s birthday. It was clean and spacious for our 19 member party and we will be utilizing this space again in the future.

Great stay! Thanks for letting us enjoy your place! Only recommendation is to get some plug in fans for 3rd floor for the summer heat. AC was working but room seemed warmer than rest of the house.

Home formerly called “Los Suenos” now called “A Wave From It All”

The only thing I loved about this home was it’s proximity to the beach. This home was not as depicted on site. The backyard only offered 2 regular patio chairs and the white reclining beach chairs were all dirty and moldy. There was no outdoor patio bench table with umbrellas outdoors for shade as depicted. The umbrellas were broken and damaged and no outdoor bench seated table. The house had a non working dishwasher, so we had to hand wash dishes throughout our stay. The bedrooms had dirt and makeup stained unclean sheets and comforters with long hairs all over. The bathrooms had slimy pink stained and black moldy shower curtains. The carpets throughout the home were dingy and soiled. There were so many problems and not many solutions. It was a miserable experience! FYI… when sent a review by the property mgmnt… anything with a thumbs down or less than 3 stars only goes to their mgmnt., and only 3-5 stars are shown publicly, which shows how dishonest and controlled the review process is.

The place is beautiful and plenty of room. So glad we requested the pool to be heated. We used early morning and late evening. And of course throughout the day. A few of the dishes were not washed very well when we went to use them. Thinking the dishwasher may need to be cleaned. When we ran the cycle the dishes had to be washed by hand.

Great house!

Spent the weekend at this house to celebrate my up coming weddings with 12 girlfriends. There was enough room for everyone and good location. The pool was great and I highly suggest getting it heated if the weather is going to be “ify” on your trip. Would definitely book this house again.

Great family Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful time in this spacious house. My elderly parents loved the first floor master bedroom with a walk-in shower. Our grandchildren loved the 3rd floor bunkroom. It was wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The heated pool was amazing and the grans throughly loved it. The weather was warm so we were able to enjoy the beach each day. Will was especially helpful with the few maintenance issues. Everything was clean except for some minor mold in the bathroom which was only visible if you were looking. I would highly recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was big enough to hold our large group comfortably. My only suggestion that sticks out to me would be to provide all the rooms with a dresser to unpack suitcases for the week. Yes there was a closet with a few shelves, but it was not enough room for a family of 4 to unpack. Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves.

We loved staying at this house. It has been the best house we have rented from HomeAway over the last several years. It was modern and up to date, very comfortable, and in a great location! We loved having the pool in the backyard. We could walk to the beach every day and walk to get ice cream every night. We were 3 families staying together with 4 small children (4 years old and younger) and it was the perfect size house for us. Our only complaint is we wished the bedrooms had dressers in them to unpack/organize our clothes during our trip. I recommend staying at this property!

So much room for our large family!!

This was the perfect house for our large family of 20 (from 3 different states). We always love having all of our family together for a week at the beach!! No one had to sleep on the sofa at this house with 6 bedrooms, and no one had to wait in line to take a shower with 7 restrooms! It was also the best price we could find for this size house! Very clean!!!! Loved the pool, especially since there were red and purple flags so many days! This house has the best morning shade at the pool of any of the houses in that area! Another great feature was the wine cooler that kept all of our beverages cold!! So glad we rented the golf cart!! I would not have wanted to walk that far to the beach with the young children!
